Hi All

We get alot of enquiries around what service we offer –  Of course we are the BEST in the WEST but today I’ll just give an over view of what Greenie Garden Bins offers

-We exclusively use 240l wheelie bins -see our blog from April 2021 for the benefits of a Bin over a Bag

-We also exclusively guarantee collections to a specific day and reminders are emailed prior to collection days

Collections -we have 2 systems

• Kerbside Collections -our most popular option ,basically the same as council collections .

  Just put your bin on the kerbside before 7am on your scheduled collection day – if you forget to put your kerbside, don’t worry, we have an option where we will retrieve it for you if possible. (A small additional charge will be added if this occurs). This means you will not miss collections.

  When signing up to GREENIE garden bins you have the options to tick if you do or if you do not want us to retrieve you bin.

• Full Service Collections -popular with our older customers as the heavy work of getting the bin kerbside is removed .We will come onto your property and retrieve your bin from where it is situated,(please note we need easy clear access to be able to do this) we will then leave it out at the front of your property on the kerbside, so you know it has been emptied. This means you do not have to worry about putting your bin out, we will do it all for you every time.

Frequency of Collections [Cycles]

We have 3 cycle options  -4 Weekly ,8 Weekly ,12 Weekly .If unsure give us a ring we can help out by gauging your section size and quite often will start new customers on the 4 Weekly cycle as we allow you to change between cycle as the need arises .on all cycles we offer Kerbside and Full service options . On our 4 weekly cycles you can order multiple Bins if needed .

Now what happens if your bin is full & the next collection is still a number of weeks/days away ? don’t worry we have an extra collection service which can collect your bin between scheduled collections [extra charges may apply].

Zones

We have 2 collection Zones which affect Pricing so please check our service area on our website to check which zone you are in
